My name is Jarrett Sorensen and I am with Precision Air Management, that’s my company.

We do service and installation, we do commercial work; we do work for colleges, high rise buildings and apartment complexes. 

The industry has changed a lot lately.  They’ve came out with new systems that are more technically advanced and they require a lot more knowledge of what you’re actually doing.

The changes in the industry made my hiring suggestions lean more towards the school, somebody that has already given these people the information they need and so that when I am talking to them in an interview that they have the answers that I’m looking for.
