Before attending college I was working in different restaurants, dead end jobs, just went in circles.

What made me interested in heating and air is I felt I was getting older and it was time for me to get a job with a career, something with benefits, something that I could retire from, something I could help my kids.

A technical support analyst which is my job title is where I troubleshoot units over the telephone for technicians in the field that is having difficulties with their units.

The education I got a Fortis has made a huge difference in my life. I am now more confident in what I say and what I do, I actually know what I am talking about when it comes to my trade and my skill set has boosted my moral to a whole different me.
