From New York City: Take Hudson St. and I-78 W to NJ-139 W in Jersey City. Follow I-280 W, I-80 W and I-380 N to US-11 N in Scranton. Then, take Jefferson Ave. to Poplar St. in Dunmore. Fortis will be on the left.
