The soft skill we look for is a compassion.  I think that you really have got to want to do this job.  This is something that where people are coming in and they’re sick, they’re not feeling well.

The hard skills you’re looking for is accuracy; you want them to be able to when they do a blood pressure the doctor has to rely on that blood pressure because they are dispensing medication accordingly.

Medicine’s not going anywhere.  You got the baby boomers, they’re going into their 80’s and stuff like that, and medicine is constantly making strides to improve, so the longevity of a lifetime is all changing.
