I think healthcare is essential in our society, so it’s probably the one area that’s not going to end up fully technological without any human beings behind the responsibilities. 

If you’re a good multitasker and you’re a good assistant to a provider, you can really climb up that ladder and be very satisfied in a long-term career.

Well, I have been involved with Fortis for quite a number of years.  I’ve been taking their students as externs and I’ve gotten to know them through their externs as well as being a participant on the board.

I’ve relied on the Director numerous times when I’ve been in a situation where I’ve been without an employee.  I can tell her what skills I’m looking for, I can look at the time, I can check my ability to pay and she will make the right fit for me.
