I have a lot of pride in the fact that at 30 years old I went back to college and I graduated as valedictorian with a 4.0.

Hands down my mom has been my most influential person and my husband has been a close second because both of them exude a determination and a pride in their work. My husband being a US Marine, he goes to work every day and does his best and does everything for me.

I gave in my graduation speech that FEAR stands for face everything and rise and even at 30 and two kids and being out of school for almost ten years I was still able to go back and I didn’t feel that I had lost that much time, I was able to get back into the groove of it and if you put your mind to something you can achieve it no matter what obstacles stand in front of you.
