Associate of Applied Science Degree
The Associate of Applied Science Computer Support Specialist program gives students a broad understanding of standard business software applications, operating systems and networking technology as well as the people skills to handle customer service in a professional manner. The curriculum focuses on troubleshooting and helps prepare students take exams for nationally recognized certifications such as the CompTIA A+ certificate. This program prepares students for entry-level technology specialist positions such as Help Desk Specialist, Desktop Support Technician, and IT Support Technician. .
