Fortis Institute Arrives in Lawrenceville

Fortis Institute, a leading post-secondary education institution, has arrived in the greater Trenton area. The school, which is part of a network of 28 colleges and institutes that offers career-based certificate, diploma and degree-granting programs in 10 states, recently opened its newest campus at 2572 Brunswick Pike, Suite 100 in Lawrenceville, N. J.
Fortis Institute currently is enrolling students for the first quarter of classes at the campus, which begin January 10, 2011. Initial course offerings will encompass training for candidates wishing to become dental assistants, medical assistants, medical insurance billing and coding specialists and heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) systems specialists.
“We are excited to open our new modern and fully equipped facility and believe it will be a strong educational resource for the community, showcasing Lawrenceville as a leader in educational opportunities that help meet the growing demand for quality professionals,” said School Director Tim Rodgers.
