The objectives of the Hospitality Operations and Management program are to prepare the student with the skills and knowledge necessary to acquire entry-level employment opportunities in the exciting hospitality industry, including front desk associate, food and beverage management trainee, convention management assistant and multiple other positions in hotels, motels, restaurants, inns and convention facilities. The course provides an understanding of the hospitality industry, including various departments, supervisory and management skills.
