The Nail and Facial Specialist Program at Fortis blends the Nail Technology and Facial Specialist curriculum to provide valuable training in both specialties. Our Nail and Facial Specialist program provides you with training in scientific principles and fundamentals related to the structure and function of the skin and nails. It also includes the proper procedures behind the use of skin care techniques including hair removal, waxing, basic therapeutic massage techniques, aromatherapy, and make-up artistry.
You will receive instruction and gain practice in all phases of nail artistry including manicuring, pedicuring and use of the chemicals and products used in the nail specialty profession, as well as learn business and client development techniques and examine the rules and laws essential for the Nail and Facial Specialist in the state of Florida.
